Prioritization is truly where product success is born and feature bloat dies. After spending years in digital transformation, I've seen firsthand how easy it is for teams to fall into the "everything is critical" trap(myself included). The impact-effort matrix mentioned here has been my North Star for building e-commerce platforms that actually convert rather than confuse.

What resonated deeply was the point about "saying no with clarity" - this isn't just product management wisdom, it's digital leadership in action. I recently explored how AI tools can help with prioritization decisions by analyzing user patterns in ways humans might miss. If you're interested in practical frameworks for digital experimentation and decision-making, I've documented my approach at thoughts.jock.pl. The digital landscape rewards focus, not features.

Damnnn, I enjoy how you put it—"prioritization is where product success is born and feature bloat dies." Haha yes that’s the whole game right there.

And AI for prioritization? Now that’s interesting. There’s so much potential in spotting patterns we’d totally miss. Definitely checking out this take—sounds like we’re both in the business of building what actually matters instead of just shipping for the sake of it. Appreciate you sharing Paweł as always 🔥

I agree, prioritization is crucial. I'd love your input on my post about prioritization with AI tools as enablers: https://karozieminski.substack.com/p/5-tips-for-product-teams-to-implement

Great article (as always)! It reminds me about the framework or structure of product work:

- Aspiration: Mission

- Aspiration: Vision

- Bridge: Strategy

- Doings: Roadmap

- Doings: Execution

How Roadmap is tightly connected with Vision and prioritization plays a crucial role in the translation.

Off-topic: Your graphics are awesome! 🤩

Appreciate that! And love how you broke it down—feels like the perfect mental model for keeping product work grounded while getting sh*t done. The vision-roadmap-prioritization link is so underrated. If those aren’t in sync, execution turns into chaos real quick.

Also—glad you dig the graphics!!! ❤️

I try to do things a little differently and experiment along the way.

Keeps it fun, keeps it freshh!
